Very nice people running this hotel.
A great bar downstairs, we had lots of laffs in there! The hotel is very clean
and within 10mins of manchester city centre. Taxi cost around £10 for 5 of us.

Hello! Me and my son Patrick had a great
time (01.may -03.may 08), the (lightly old-fashioned) room was good enough for
sleeping like a stone, with a nice view into the park (across the small street)
and a superb stuff!!! Thank you very much for all you support and happiness
allthrough the days. We´ve enjoyed our best father-and-son-weekend since his
birth. We´ll hope to see you again in your lovely small hotel. You are the first

Everything
was excellent, especially the staff was very friendly. I think that the only
thing that can be improved is the breakfast, I would like to have more variety

This was my first stay in Manchester, and I had a great visit. The hotel staff
is very friendly and the rooms are nice too ... as well as the breakfast ... I
could go on, but I think it is enough to say that I would recommend this hotel

What a great place to stay. Really nice hosts and a really nice clean place
werent sure wot to expect as never booked a hotel before but was fantastic

the location was a bit far from city centre.. but there are a lot of gardens
that goes down to the city.. however, everything else was fantastic.. the staff
were friendly.. the breakfast was fantastic.. everything else was juz

The staff is very helpful and accommodating! A little outside of central
Manchester but easy to hop on a 5 minute bus to get into the city. Very nice

Dear Jaime, My friends and I have passed a very good weekend in Manchester and
a lovely stay in Elton Bank Hotel. It was very cute and the staffs were very
kind. Please, could you specially thank Lee (is this her name?) because she was
extremely pleasant and told us were to go with friends at night, have meal, etc.

The hotel is not located in the center of the city, but it is a very lively
area full of excellent asiatic restaurants, and just in front of the hotel there
is a very nice park. There are some good museums near, too. The staffs that run
the hotel are extremely pleasant and eager to help the guest in all they need.
They have a bar restaurant where you can enjoy a more than nice food, and a
relaxed atmosphere with the staff and other guests. I strongly recommend this

For the price this was a clean and comfortable hotel with great breakfast
included in the price. Good security. Friendly and welcoming. Well placed for
buses from airport and town centre. .... and...... If you like curry there is

This little hotel was lovely. Very basic, but for the price it was great. It
felt like a guest house. Service was friendly, and even did full english
breakfast. Only a couple of miles out of city, but bus ride only took 10min, and
it was under £10 for a cab back in the middle of the night. I would stay here

A great nights' stay. What a lovely staff and a yummy breakfast! Very cool
interior, with a fun bar and restaurant right there. Great toilets with big bath
and hot shower! About 5 quid taxi fare to centre of city. so a million bus

This was a very quiet, cosy and well maintained hotel. Loads of character and
contently close to Wilmslow road and buses to central Mnachester. Havings lot of
cheap, good food nearby also added to the experience. The TV in the first room I
checked into didn't work, but I was obligingly able to move into another room
without fuss. Overall good value at £35 a night for a single room and much nicer

Good breakfast! excellent hoteliers who really made us feel well-taken care of.
Rooms were extremely clean but it was unfortunate that towels weren't provided.

The staffs at the Elton were immensely friendly and made my visit very
pleasurable indeed. The hotel is a little way out of the centre which is
something of an annoyance. However, the hotel is easily accessible from the city
centre whether you have your own transport or not. The hotel certainly has its
charms though and is also very clean as well. Even Sarah Claxton has stayed
their so I have been told, which means it gets a thumbs up from me!! MIKE
