- Hollingworth Lake Country Park Visitor Centre,
in Victorian times this was known as The
Weighvers’ Seaport. Now visitors can enjoy many outdoor attractions and an
excellent visitor centre. Spanning 118 acres with the dramatic backdrop of
Blackstone Edge, the lake is one of the most popular days out in the area.

- Healey Dell Visitor Centre in Healey Dell Nature - Art Gallery and
Studios, this beauty
spot and wildlife sanctuary is rich in industrial archaeology. Look out for
carved rock formations and spectacular waterfalls. There is also a disused
railway line and 100ft viaduct that form part of a nature trail with
excellent views.
